About Us
Humble Beginnings
In the summer of 1980, my father put a hammer and utility blade in my 12-year-old hands.
With Dad by my side, I was cutting in carpet pad and hammering tack strip. What began as a chore turned into a lifelong passion. Before long I was installing floors of my own.
During those long summer days, I discovered that you never stray from doing things the right way. A trustworthy installer may cut carpet, wood, vinyl, or tile but they never cut corners.
LEARNING AND GROWING
Over my 40+ years in the flooring industry, I learned another valuable lesson: quality is the product of flexible and creative problem-solving.
From elevating a home’s decor to strategically managing budgets to deliver high-quality bottom-line friendly projects, creative problem-solving is key.
