Terms and Conditions
Rescheduling
If you choose to reschedule your installation, a 72 hour notice must be provided prior to the original scheduled date via telephone or online appointment cancellation. Failure to reschedule within a timely manner may result in a 10% schedule adjustment fee, as well as a new date of install subject to the availability of Square Circle Interiors.
Cancellation
If for any reason installation service is cancelled and material has been purchased, we will return 90% of your purchase total. However, credit card convenience fees are non refundable.
Expiration
The terms of the original estimate provided will expire within 30 days and may not be accepted. A new estimate will be required to complete your project due to changes in product costs.
Furniture & Appliances
Removing of furniture and appliances in the area where new flooring will be installed is your responsibility, not that of Square Circle Interiors, unless included in your service package.
Adult Presence
You must have an adult aged 18 or older present to let our floor technicians in to begin doing work. If you leave the home during installation, you must have a cell phone access so that we may get authorization to stop or complete any problems that may arise.
Pets
You are responsible for securing all pets prior to installers’ arrival and for the duration of the installation.
Demolition
Pull up and disposal of any existing flooring is not included with your order unless otherwise stated in your package.
Sub flooring
We do not install new subflooring. You must arrange to have new subflooring installed and completed prior to our flooring technicians’ arrival.
Molding
Quarter round molding is included with installation of wood, vinyl, tile, and laminate.
Material Overages
Product overages from the installation project will belong to you.
Unfinished Wood
Unfinished wood installation services include sanding and staining to your liking.
